    • Support coordination

    • Skills building and development
    • Short-term accommodation
    • Home and garden maintenance
    • High-intensity support
    • Behaviour support
    • Other disability and aged care support services

    3. NDIS Service Terms

    As a registered NDIS provider, we comply with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Our services are delivered in accordance with your NDIS plan and goals.

    Service agreements will be established with each participant outlining specific services, hours, rates, and terms of service delivery. These agreements form part of these Terms and Conditions.

    4. User Responsibilities

    As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting or using our services
    • Treat our staff with respect and dignity
    • Provide a safe working environment for our staff
    • Notify us of any changes to your circumstances, needs, or NDIS plan
    • Comply with service agreements and cancellation policies
    • Pay for services as outlined in your service agreement
    • Provide reasonable notice for service cancellations or changes

    5. Privacy and Data Protection

    We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.     6. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made in accordance with your service agreement. Generally:

    • At least 48 hours notice is required for standard service cancellations
    • Short notice cancellations may incur fees as outlined in your service agreement
    • Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

    7. Payment Terms

    Payment for services is in accordance with your service agreement. We accept NDIS payments through the NDIS portal for funded participants. For private clients, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
